ThermaEZE™ provides a cost-effective, efficient way to insulate poured concrete walls, both above and below grade. ThermaEZE™ panels, made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, are set within the wall forms prior to the concrete pour, and remain in place after the forms are removed to reveal a fully insulated wall surface.

MEL-ROL LM is a liquid waterproofing membrane ideal for below-grade vertical seamless waterproofing applications. This liquid membrane is designed as a waterproofing coating for foundations and insulating concrete forms. The coating is compatible with and an integral part of the complete MEADOWS building envelope protection system. This water-based product will not adversely affect ICFs.
