Hurricane resistant doors are available in Bottom Rolling and Vertical Lift applications. A door can be custom manufactured to meet or surpass any federal, state or locally mandated requirements. All hurricane resistant doors are designed to accommodate your specific windloading and deflection criteria and still offer superior durability and long life with minimal maintenance.

Nabco Entrances 
Gyro Tech® offers hurricane packages for its whisper-quiet GT 1175 sliding doors and space-saving GT 1400 folding doors. These doors test cyclic wind pressure resistant and large missile impact resistant, and comply with the High Velocity Hurricane Zone of the Florida Building Code. Gyro Tech’s Hurricane-Rated Doors meet all ANSI and BHMA requirements.

Solar Innovations provides custom designed and manufactured folding, sliding, tilting, and standard doors testing to certify various models as needed to meet large missile impact requirements for hurricane applications including Miami-Dade County building code. Our systems includes a full aluminum (wood interior options available), thermally broken system which can be seamlessly incorporated into your structure.

Storm Sentry™ is a hurricane rated Total Door integrated door system available in +/- 80 psf for both in-swing and out-swing applications in singles and pairs to 6-0 to 7-2. All hardware is preinstalled at our factory and ships complete. Our full height hinge and full height locking channel can be mounted to any existing frame without modification.
