A Protected Membrane Roof (PMR) starting with Monolithic Membrane 6125R (MM6125R) - a fluid applied rubberized asphalt membrane applied directly to the deck. STYROFOAMR brand insulation, a highly moisture-resistant closed cell polystyrene is placed over the membrane and covered by a variety of ballast options, which provides protection from UV, temperature extremes and physical damage.

FM 4470 Class 1 approved, PremiumCoat’s flexible, UV-resistant elastomeric compound is fully reinforced with a tough nonwoven polyester. Safe to handle. Requires no special equipment for application. Warranty can be extended every 10 years.

United Coatings
KYMAX is a low-build elastomeric coating that provides the ultimate in reflectivity, color stability and weather resistance. Although highly flexible, it exhibits a tough, enamel-like finish.
