3M™ Scotchkote™ Roofing CSM is a single component, water-based waterproofing system for most low-slope and steep-slope roof surfaces. 3M™ Scotchkote™ EC/UV is a longer lasting system developed specifically for low slope and flat roof surfaces. When being applied to low-slope surfaces a reinforcing mat is used to provide outstanding weather-proof and water-proof properties.

ALT Global
ALT Membrane is a seamless, cold-applied, flexible reinforced MMA membrane for flat or inclined decks that substantially outlast and outperform traditional roofing materials. In addition, ALT Membranes conform and bond directly to the substrate, eliminating the need for caulked terminations and pitch boxes. Single coat application makes ALT Membrane cost effective, especially for large projects.

American Hydrotech
A Protected Membrane Roof (PMR) starting with Monolithic Membrane 6125R (MM6125R) - a fluid applied rubberized asphalt membrane applied directly to the deck. STYROFOAMR brand insulation, a highly moisture-resistant closed cell polystyrene is placed over the membrane and covered by a variety of ballast options, which provides protection from UV, temperature extremes and physical damage.

Ram-Tough 250 sets the standard for hot-applied Rubberized Asphalt Membrane waterproofing. Composed of SBS rubber polymers, select unoxidized asphalt and a mineral filler, R.T.250 is installed at 215 mil thickness and reinforced with polyester fabric.
